Judson holds the Community Engagement Classification from the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching in both possible areas: Curricular Engagement and Outreach and Partnerships. The Carnegie Foundation Classifications are a widely respected means of highlighting diversity and strengths among higher education institutions in the United States.
In addition, Judson was listed on the President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll in 2007, 2008, and 2009. This honor represents the highest federal award given to recognize volunteerism and civic engagement among colleges and universities in the nation.
