Director of Faith-Based Service and Learning
Greetings from New York City, where Amy Butler, Keri Reeves, Fightress Stallworth, and I are attending the fifty-second United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, a two-week event dedicated to promoting global gender equality and the advancement of women.
This will be a week full of listening... both to the people we meet during the Commission and to ourselves as we reflect on our experiences. We hope you'll reflect on the issues we're learning about this week along with us by coming back to read our blog posts each day, and then commenting on them. It's a way that you can be a part of the dialogue that we'll be a part of this week.
