Judson College was recognized as a national leader in community service and service-learning for the 2006-2007 academic year when we were listed on the 2007 President's Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll.
The President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll recognizes American colleges and universities that support innovative and effective community service and service-learning programs. The Honor Roll is a program of the Corporation for National and Community Service, and is sponsored by the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation, the USA Freedom Corps, and the U.S. Departments of Education and Housing and Urban Development.
Judson was one of only four institutions in the state of Alabama to receive the honor.
